Benjamin Moore Rated #1 in Customer Satisfaction Of Interior Paint

Color us impressed! As America's largest authorized Benjamin Moore dealer, Ricciairdi Brothers is delighted that Benjamin Moore has been rated #1 in Customer Satisfaction among Interior Paints as part of the J.D. Power 2021 Paint Satisfaction Study.

Benjamin Moore led the competition in the interior paint category, ranking ahead oh BEHR, Sherwin Williams, Valspar and Glidden in overall customer experience and key satisfaction factors such as application, offerings and durability. The study is based on the responses of over 5,800 customers who purchased and applied interior paint in the past 12 months.

The 2021 study also examined the customer experience with their paint retailer based on both in-store and online experience; service and staff; merchandise; and price. These results are consistent with the rise in home improvement projects during the pandemic and the efforts of Benjamin Moore dealers and staff to ensure the safety of their customers.
